New Model Sub Hunter surfaces.

click here to see the all new  GS Sub Hunter.

Reminiscent of the nuclear submarine dials of 1970s, which were originally made without tritium luminous so as not to activate the sensitive radioactive leak detectors onboard nuclear submarines.

The new Sub-Hunter boasts 200m (20atm) water-resistance with an incredibly smooth and easy screw-down crown. ETA 955.102 movement, sapphire domed crystal. Red torpedo timer second hand, black hour/minute hands and numerals, and Superluminova luminous markers. Vintage style pheon on the dial.

It has an all new stainless 316L case with screwback, and fixed bars as with all our military watches. Matte finish case. Serial numbered.

I’ve been hoping for an ETA 955.102 movement in the 200m waterproof with sapphire crystal. I have the full range of CWC watches and was pleased to see the white dial. The dial configuration is partly submarine service style but it’s
also very similar to the highly accurate railroad grade wristwatches of the same era. The ETA 955.102 keeps phenomenal time, so its the ultimate with this dial.
